Shipping

All products are delivered via Post Office, except from Jackets that - to Greece and Cyprus are sent via Box Now. Jackets in Europe are sent via Post Office as well. For deliveries outside Europe, customs may occur for big orders (like jackets). Costs differ in every country and are added upon delivery. Add your desired product at the cart to see the shipping cost that may occur every time.

Production Time

Production time is different about each product and delivery time is depended on your location. Production time for handmade products (such as jackets) is depending on the amount of other orders and the time is needed for me to fulfil it. That is why for these specific handmade products the time needed to be created is around 15 days. Please be patient while waiting to reach your door, as I am a single artist and I do everything on my own, meanwhile still creating new art. I guarantee you that you will be compensate for the time you waited when your parcel comes and you touch your desired product.

Returns

Every product is created especially for you and it is a personalized order. That is why returns are not “accepted”. But if you have really changed your mind and you are disatisfied, you should first contact me to agree on return and refund. In that case the product must be returned unused at the returning address. The cost of the return is yours and the refund can be issued only after the product is returned.

About printing products (such as T-Shirts) changes are accepted only in case of errors or quality issues, damaged product or a manufacturing error. Then you should first e-mail me the problem describing the issue and illustrating it with a photo, so that we agree on reship for free.
